ABOUT

us!

What is Key Club?

Key Club is an international organization for high school students that provides them with local community service and leadership opportunities. Being a Key Clubber means fostering connections with your community, meeting new people, and improving others’ lives!

There are over 5,000 Key Clubs in the United States alone, all of which are divided into Districts, Regions, and Divisions.

MIT Academy is part of the largest Key Club district in the United States: the California-Nevada-Hawaii (CNH) District. We're located in Region 9 and proudly represent Division 8 West, which serves Solano and Napa counties.

We provide Griffins with opportunities to collect community service hours by serving their local community, as well as connect with community leaders.

GOALS + VALUES

Our

MIT Academy Key Club shares the values of our organization, but what makes us special is how we apply it. With a small student body, we commit to creating individual service experiences and are able to foster deeply personal relationships with our community.

Caring

“Caring–our way of life” is the official slogan of Key Club International, echoed in our club logo. By caring for others, we find deeper meaning in our own lives.

Inclusivity

Helping people from all walks of life feel welcome and cared for by their community is our ultimate goal. There's no room for hate in Key Club.

Leadership

Taking leadership in one's local community is the best way to gain meaningful civic experience that can translate to a life dedicated to volunteering.
